Apostolos Spanos
Apostolos is the founder of MindTime Lab.
He is a professor of history at the University of Agder in Norway, appreciated by his students as a charismatic lecturer and innovative educator. He has developed unique teaching and assessment methods and he is keen in embracing new tools and ideas to improve the learning outcomes. His work focuses on how individuals and groups are shaped by their past and their future anticipations.
Apostolos is the author of thirteen books, including The Gravity of Laziness: Innovation, Exnovation and Path Dependence in Organizations (forthcoming), Decontesting Historical Consciousness(Routledge, 2026) and Games of History: Games and Gaming as Historical Sources(Routledge 2021).

Gabriele Claudia Greiner
Gaby is our operations manager.
With more than 25 years of experience in the private sector, including project coordination, operations, leadership, and process optimisation, she is specialised in creating structure, connecting people, and turning ideas into successful actions.
As a coordinator and facilitator, she has always been focused on ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and a positive learning experience.
Gaby is passionated about creating professional, organised events where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and meaningful connections can thrive.
